1.  There are no cancellations, changes or refunds for rentals during the month of October.
2.  Rental Fee must be paid in advance if costume is to be held for the reserve date.  Rental Fee will not be refunded if Incognito / Hot Potato is given less than 3 days notice of cancellation before pick up date.
3.  If you must cancel, Incognito / Hot Potato has a cancellation charge of $15.00.

4.  A security deposit is to be paid when costume/tuxedo is picked up.  A security deposit is cash or credit card -- no checks please.  This fee may be kept if any part of the costume/tuxedo is returned in damaged condition or if any part of the costume is missing or if any part of the costume is not returned in time.  Unreturned rental items are regarded as theft and will be subject to criminal proceedings.
5.  The costume may be picked up at the agreed to time (per Costume Rental Agreement.)  Costumes/tuxedos must be returned by 1PM on the business day following the rental day.  This applies unless otherwise agreed.
